• Sucralose based sweetners - are popular in the market with brands like - Splenda, Sugarfree Natura, Zero, etc.

• Sucralose is made by processing Natural sugar and by a process of adding chlorine atoms - and removing the hydroxyl group - thereby dropping the calorie and making it more sweeter. Sucralose is about 600 times sweeter to sugar twice as sweet as saccharin, and 3.3 times as sweet as aspartame.

• Sucralose is approved by the FDA and is used in a wide variety of foods as it is stable under heat as well as over a broad range of pH conditions and can be used in baking or in products that require a longer shelf life. The commercial success of sucralose-based products stems from its favorable comparison to other low calorie sweeteners in terms of taste, stability, and safety.

• It is also a no-calorie sweetener, does not promote dental caries, and is safe for consumption by diabetics.

• Sucralose is a highly heat-stable artificial sweetener, allowing it to be used in many recipes with little or no sugar. Sucralose is available in a granulated form that allows for same-volume substitution with sugar. This mix of granulated sucralose includes fillers, all of which rapidly dissolve in liquids

• Sucralose is non-hygroscopic, meaning it does not attract moisture, which can lead to baked goods that are noticeably drier and manifesting a less dense texture than baked products made with sucrose. Unlike sucrose which melts when baked at high temperatures, sucralose maintains its granular structure when subjected to dry, high heat (e.g., in a 350 oven). Thus, in some baking recipes, such as me bre, which require sugar sprinkled on top to partially or fully melt and crystallize, substituting sucralose will not result in the same surface texture, crispness, or crystalline structure.

• Sucralose Tablets: The Co. contract manufactures Sucralose based tablets for various Cos  in a dispesor pack of 100 tablets in a container as well as a combo pack of 300 tablets. Each Sucralose tablet contains about 6mg of sucralose per 100mg.

• The Dissolution time, Hardness, Friability as well as certain other parameters are monitored at the factory end for quality approvals.

Packing offered can be customized depending on the requirement of different Cos - we can offer bulk packs, dispensor packs of 100 or more or less tablet pack - with front and back sticker label duly blistered on a printed inlay card -

• Sucralose Sachets: The second variant of sucralose forms the - Sucralose Sachets of 0.5gm and 1gm. Each 0.5gm sachet is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar in sweetness while each 1gm sachet is equivalent to 2 teaspoon of sugar in sweetness respectively.

• Each sachet is made up of a glassine-poly laminated foil that is printed in multiple colors as per requirements given. As a Co. Sachets can be packed in a carton of 25, 50,100 or bulk pack of 500 sachets.

• Sucralose Granules Powder: The third variant of Sucralose  are  the granules that are used for cooking and baking various sugarfree products. As sucralose is very stable at high temperatures its use in the baking industry is vast.
